Undra joined the Florida State University Office of Audit and Advisory Services (OAAS) in May 2022 as the Chief Audit Officer (CAO). Prior to joining FSU, he served as the Chief Institutional Auditor at Kennesaw State University (KSU) and worked in various Chief Audit Executive and leadership roles for large Fortune 500 companies with annual revenues ranging from $1 billion to $27 billion. Undra has also worked in public accounting at PricewaterhouseCoopers in Singapore. During his career, Undra has led operational, financial, and information technology audits, compliance reviews, and fraud investigations in over 25 countries.
Undra is a Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE), Certified Internal Auditor (CIA), Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), Certified Data Privacy Solutions Engineer (CDPSE), and Certified Inspector General (CIG). He has an MS degree in Cybersecurity from KSU, an MBA degree with a Finance concentration from Georgia State University, and an Accounting undergraduate degree.
Undra holds volunteer Board positions with the Association of College and University Auditors (ACUA), the Tallahassee Chapter of the Institute of Internal Auditors (TCIIA), and the Atlanta Chapter of the Institute of Internal Auditors (ACIIA).

Heather manages operational and compliance audits, as well as supervises and provides advisory services. She has a Master of Science in Instructional Systems Design, Bachelor of Science in Accounting, and Bachelor of Science in Psychology, which were all obtained from Florida State University. She is a Certified Public Accountant, Certified Internal Auditor, and Certified Inspector General. Heather joined OAAS in November 2012.

Jeffrey manages operational and compliance audits, leads the investigations function, and provides advisory services. He has a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Florida State University. He is a Certified Internal Auditor (CIA), Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE), and Certified Government Auditing Professional (CGAP). Jeffrey joined OAAS in April 2004.

Curtis performs operational and compliance audits and provides training and advisory services to departments. He has a Bachelor of Science degree in Urban and Regional Planning and Public Administration with a Minor in Business from FSU. Curtis joined OAAS in February 2022.
Position: Investigations Manager
Riley is part of our investigations team, managing investigations, while also providing training and advisory services to campus departments. Riley holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Criminology from FSU and a Master of Science in Cybersecurity and Digital Forensics from the University of South Florida. Riley is a Certified Fraud Examiner and joined OAAS in December 2025.
Position: Senior Auditor
Hannah performs operational and compliance audits and provides advisory services to University departments. She received her Master’s degree from Florida State University. Hannah is a Certified Internal Auditor (CIA), Certified Inspector General Auditor (CIGA), and a Florida Certified Contact Manager (FCCM). Hannah joined OAAS in May 2025.
Position: Staff Auditor
Dawson performs operational and compliance audits and provides advisory services to departments. He has a bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Georgia Southern and is currently pursuing an MBA specializing in Business Analytics. Dawson joined OAAS in May 2024.
Position: Staff Auditor
Robert performs operational and compliance audits and provides advisory services to University departments. He received his Bachelor’s degree with a minor in Business from Florida State University. He has worked in finance and accounting roles supporting various departments at FSU since 2019 and joined OAAS in August 2025.
Position: Staff Auditor
Cole performs operational and compliance audits and provides advisory services to departments. He has a bachelor's degree in Finance from FSU and is currently pursuing an MBA specializing in Business Analytics. Cole joined OAAS in January 2026.
Position: Administrative Specialist
Joanna is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the OAAS office, maintaining the efficiency of the office operations and workflow. She also coordinates and administers the administrative and fiscal operations of the department. Joanna joined OAAS in May 2024.
